The Art of Flavor will also feature sommeliers, cicerones, mixologists, vintners, brewmasters and distillers, showcasing their artistry in pairing fine wines, craft beers, craft cocktails and artisanal spirits that tantalize the palette while haccentuating the flavor of a chef’s dish. The Art of Flavor provides a new platform for wine, beer and spirits experts to narrate their art and craft as well as educate drink enthusiasts on what makes their creations and pairings so compelling and conversation-provoking. The Art of Flavor has received tremendous enthusiasm from the restaurant industry and has produced sold out ticketed dinner experiences with award-winning restaurants and chefs at famous San Francisco hotspots such as 25 Lusk, Charlie Palmer's Burritt Room + Tavern, Dirty Water and Silicon Valley’s Hult’s Restaurant in downtown Los Gatos. The Art of Flavor made major news channels and front page headlines with the launch of their “Taste of Thrones” dinner series, inspired by HBO television show phenomenon “Game of Thrones”, selling out 6 weeks of dinner seatings before the show even aired. The Art of Flavor is now expanding into the entertainment capital of the world: LAS VEGAS.
