Pa’ina is an casual Hawaiian-inspired lounge and restaurant in San Francisco offering a fun atmosphere and unique food. Our dining and lounge areas are sleek and modern, and our menu is a combination of traditional Hawaiian and Asian fare with an American twist. We offer a variety food and beverages, and our live shows will keep you entertained while you enjoy your meal. Our dinner menu includes a

unique assortment of appetizers, salads and entrees that utilize Hawaiian and Asian ingredients to create interesting flavor combinations. Of course we wouldn’t truly be a Hawaiian restaurant without a Spam dish, so try the Spammie – a thin, crispy piece of spam wrapped in nori with rice. You’ll never look at Spam in the same way again. For your main course, choose one of our fresh seafood dish such as our Fresh Poke or the Garlic Prawns, or opt for our Loco Moco. If you’re in the mood for something playful and mouth-watering, you won’t be disappointed. We offer private dining rooms for groups, so Pa’ina is perfect for birthdays, graduations, wedding rehearsal dinners, special occasions and other events. In addition to our tasty food, we offer a wide variety of signature drinks and cocktails. Try one of our Goblets, which are made for at least two people and come in flavors like One Love and Rock-A-Hula-Baby. If the Goblets are more than you can handle, choose one of our signature cocktails such as the Blue Hawaii, made with rum, blue curacao and pineapple juice, or our mai tai with rum, pineapple juice and orange juice topped with dark rum. Of course we also have extensive wine and sake lists for those looking for something a little more traditional to pair with their meal. Come in for Happy Hour, daily specials, and now serving food until Midnight!!

To our beloved community,
It is with mixed emotions that we announce Pa’ina will be closing due to the sale of our building.
We are so grateful for your love and support over the past 15 years. We could not have believed the relationships and memories we have cultivated with so many of you who were once strangers, and are now fundamental parts of our lives.
Thank you for allowing us to serve you and the Japantown community, and for letting us be part of your celebrations—weddings, engagements, baby showers, birthdays, retirements, and so much more.
We would like to thank our family, friends, and our staff, both past and present. We didn’t just build a business; we built a family.
Now, let’s shift our focus to celebrating the wonderful memories before we’re officially closed! Our last day of service will be Saturday July 11th. We’d love to see you before we go.
