Elevator to Nowhere

Elevator to Nowhere Songwriter Larry Gallagher pairing himself in a double bill with his favorite local talent.

Elevator to Nowhere is a monthly musical salon in San Francisco hosted by songwriter Larry Gallagher. Set in a former print shop in the Mission, we gussy the place up with chairs and rugs and a couch and a bar. Each month Larry pairs himself in a double bill with one of his favorite local acts, drawing from a wide range of styles including Brazilian Choro, Balkan, and Jazz. Each confab plays a se

t of their respective musics, with Larry uses whatever leverage he has to get these great musicians to accompany him on his tunes, and the evening brings all musicians together in a grand finale or two.
