We know these puns are a little cheesy, but we just can’t help ourselves.

This week’s burger is looking extra Gouda.

In fact, it may be the Big Cheese of the specials menu.

A juicy burger on a brioche bun with tomato, arugula, and pepper relish, served over a smoked Gouda cheese sauce that is simply grate.

No matter how you slice it, this burger is nacho average special.

We’re not trying to be muenster-ous, but if you don’t order one, you might feel a little bleu.

This week’s specials are giving cozy wine bar energy with a little attitude.

The burger situation? A juicy burger on a toasted brioche bun with tomato, arugula, and pepper relish, all served over smoked Gouda cheese sauce. Yes, you read that correctly.

We’re also running a sun-dried tomato pesto penne topped with your choice of chicken or salmon. Rich, savory, and the kind of pasta you immediately start thinking about again the next day.

And finally, a Caesar with crisp romaine, cherry tomatoes, croutons, fresh grated parmesan, topped with filet mignon or chicken with our house made dressing. Simple classics done the OG way.
