Meet our Cocktail of the Week: the Bees Knees 🐝🍋

Bright, citrusy, and just a little sweet. It's a Prohibition-era classic with gin, fresh lemon, and honey, served ice-cold in a coupe. Just $9 during Happy Hour, 3:30–6 PM Sunday through Friday.

And it's Taco Tuesday! 🌮 Grab 2 tacos for $5 and $6 margaritas all day.

See you on Main Street! 🥂

What a weekend, Salado! 🌲 ♥️

Thank you to every Jingle Walk VIP dinner passport holder who joined us at Bar 1859. You were truly the best guests: joyful, kind, and exactly the kind of people Salado loves. We had the best time hosting you!

A huge shout out to the Salado Ladies Community League, who worked tirelessly to put together this fantastic event. 👏 It was such a joy seeing so many people strolling Main Street with their red shopping bags and soaking up the whole weekend.
Here's to community, celebration, and many more weekends like this one. Cheers! 🥂

🐐🐣 Cocktails & Cuddles is THIS Wednesday!
Wed, Oct 14 | 5:30–7:30 PM | on the patio

Sip a cocktail while the little ones (and the grown-ups!) cuddle baby animals on our patio. Cuddles are free for Bar 1859 guests, and it's family friendly. Bring the kids, bring your friends, and come say hi to our furry guests. Weather permitting.
