The Guava Smoke Club, packed over crushed ice. Guajillo, a dried Mexican chile, infuses the mezcal with a mild, fruity heat, more warmth than burn. Add guava cordial, a little bourbon, and Italian aperitivo, and you get something tropical with a slow, smoky finish. A proper Thursday pour.
