Must be able to handle Security Duties along with.....

* Requirements
* Team Members must be 18 years of age at the time of hire
* Supports Bartender staff, running side work and restock
* Accomplishes all running and end of shift side work, including ensuring work areas are stocked and ready for the next scheduled bartender to take over
* Ensures proper food handling and sanitation of work areas
* Maintains neat and organized bar work areas; to include bar tops and around outer bar
Job Duties:
* General cleaning
* Sweeping
* Mopping
* Dusting
* Trash removal

Candidate MUST be available for nights and weekend shifts per the industry norm, must be dependable, possess excellent organizational skills, and must have reliable transportation.

Must be clear, paced, and rhythmic on the microphone and have a great crowd presence and control. Must be entertaining, able to read the crowd, and keep the on-stage entertainment, music and party moving! Mixing skills and transitions must be smooth and seamless; not choppy or sloppy. Breaks in the music cause breaks in the business. Dead air at any time is absolutely unacceptable. Music choices must be eclectic and DJ requested and/or approved for the current (always upbeat) vibe of the establishment.
Your DJ duties include the following:

* Operating mixer, faders, and all DJ sound and lighting equipment
* Greet guests and serve as masters of ceremonies
* Must be up to date on top 40 billboard hits. We are a top 40 club. Preview any music intended to be broadcast throughout the night.
* Correctly pronounce the names of Entertainers and maintain lists of same
* Inform guests of upcoming events and current specials.
* Read prepared scripts describing acts or tricks presented during performances as well as drink/dance specials.
* Improvise commentary on items of interest, such as background of entertainers, etc.
* Provide running commentaries of event activities, such as play-by-play descriptions, or
explanations of goings-on during the evening.

In need of full time Bartender ASAP

therefore seeking to fill a bartender position. If your looking to work upscale environment with professional and friendly staff, along with a great customer base Lust is the place for you.

Bartender Job Duties:
* Mixing beverages using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits
* Taking beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail
* Satisfying patron requests in a timely manner
* Assessing customer preferences and making drink recommendations
* Providing a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with patrons
* Collecting money for drinks served and providing change as needed
* Checking identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers
* Balancing cash receipts
* Keeping a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other accessories
* Cleaning the bar, tables, chairs, and work area to maintain a sanitary environment
* Organising the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory
* Slicing, pitting, and preparing fruit garnishes for drinks
* Suggesting cocktails and bottle service from bar menus
* Creating unique drinks
* Complying with all food and beverage regulations
* Limiting customer problems by restricting alcohol intake and attempting to curtail inappropriate behavior

Bartender Skills and Qualifications:
At least 2 years experience with high volume Bartending, Extensive Knowledge of Drink Mixing and Garnishing, Strong Communication Skills, Positive Attitude, Personable demeanour, Multitasking, Attention to Detail, Organisation, Ability to Stand for Long Periods, Strong Observational Skills, Conflict Resolution, Computer Literacy, Second Language a Plus
