Floridians, if you know who this DJ is, please tag him because this is a recent, real photo... and yes, this DJ actually has his speakers and DJ controller set up in the water in Florida.

We've seen DJs perform on rooftops, beaches, boats, and even floating stages... but this man skipped all that and said, "Just put me in the water."

His speakers are standing in the water. His controller is inches above the water. His feet are underwater. At this point, the fish are probably requesting tracks and the dolphins are arguing over who gets the aux cord.

Forget a beach party—this is taking a water party to a whole new level. If a wave rolls through, congratulations... you've just unlocked the world's first live remix by Mother Nature.

THE DJ HANGOUT has so many questions. Is everything waterproof? Is there a generator on a boat? Are the fish dancing? Whatever the answers are, we have to admit... this is one of the most unique DJ setups we've ever seen. 🌊🎧😂

Chris P (Jeremy Palmer) has worked his butt off over the last few years—learning his craft, investing his hard-earned money into equipment, practicing almost every day, and playing countless free events. That dedication has paid off, earning him a spot alongside Jesse Perez, Brian Busto, and Rat Galactic at The Nest inside St. Pete Brewing Company in downtown St. Petersburg this past Saturday.

At The DJ Hangout, this is exactly what we want to see more of: hardworking DJs, artists, and producers earning opportunities to open for established headlining talent. Everyone starts somewhere, and supporting the next generation of artists is what helps our music community continue to grow.

Congratulations, Chris P! This booking is well deserved, and we're excited to see what comes next.
