A classic 9:00-9:00 shift of processing plums.

21,000 lbs of plums where crushed and pitted and have now started their bubbly fermentation process. Plum brandy has TRULY been a labor of love. We’re still cleaning out plum goo from our finger beds and finding chunks throughout the distillery… Distilling is a production, quite literally.

All of our plum brandy is currently sitting in port tawny barrels waiting for their moment to shine in our portfolio. We’ll loop back in ~5 years 😉
