Club Elysium

Not to get ahead of ourselves here, but an FYI from this corner of the scene. More then a year after our closure we are still having people ask "are you going to reopen?" In short, yes. Its certainly looking that way right now.

We don't have too many details at the moment. We have new partners and are building a new core staff. We are looking at several possible venues, including the possibility of building an entirely new venue, as we have investors behind us now.

Do note, it will be sometime before we reopen. We are taking our time to make sure we do this right. This scene deserves nothing short of the best.

A heart felt thank you to all that have supported us. We look forward to once again providing for a scene that has given so much.

There has been a small alteration to the cover charge, thanks to Jeff Rekoske generously picking up the other half of the admission: All Active duty and Prior Service Military personnel are now -FREE- on Nov 18th with proof of service, (214).

Not to be confused with a 241. We will not be pulling any 241's. Please don't bring those.

Good evening to those still awake, and good morning to those waking up. We have exciting news for you! Due to the success of our first two nights, we are proud to announce our official 2-floor opening of Club Elysium on Nov 18th and to celebrate the continued and lasting relationship with Purgatory Restaurant and Lounge!

We could not have done this without you, and because of that you deserve our best. After many long hours of discussion and going over your input, we have decided to push back the date of our Military Fashion show by a week so we can make sure that this opening gets the level of attention it deserves. We -will- be closed on Nov 11th, so please spread the word!

We have been listening to your suggestions, and love to hear them! We cannot improve without them!

Without giving away all of the details, here are just a few of the changes we have in store for the 18th:

* Flyers - We know there are old ones in circulation. Hold on to them if you have one and do not set fire to them just yet. You will want to get your hands on the updated version after it comes out.

* Cover Charge - It just got back from the Chiropractor for some necessary adjustments and will no longer be affected by staying up late.

* Drink Specials - Tell us what you want. Comment, chat, email, text, sky-writing, etc. We will be compiling a list and the most popular requests, (that can be both reasonably and legally obtained), will be on it.

Due to an unforeseen issue with putting in new lights, we regret to announce that the bottom floor of Elysium will be closed for construction.

Good thing we have two floors!

Tell your friends, tell your families and tell your pets! The Day of The Dead celebration will be occurring in Heaven instead of Hell. It may be too late to change the flyers, but it is not too late to get a chance to come out and see the upstairs dance floor!
