Before the Negroni had your attention, Lucien Gaudin had the blueprint.

This 1920s classic combines Tattersall Gin, Bordiga Extra Dry Vermouth, Peychaud’s Aperitivo, and Combier for a lighter, drier, and crisper take on the bitter gin cocktail.

Spirit-forward, elegant, and proof that some classics never needed a comeback. They just needed the right bar.

The Lion’s Tail has been hiding since Prohibition. We decided that was long enough.

Tattersall wheated bourbon meets allspice dram, fresh lime, and demerara for a cocktail filled with warm baking spice, deep caramel notes, and a bright citrus finish.

A forgotten classic with very good reasons to be remembered.

The Lucien Gaudin balances Tattersall Gin, dry vermouth, bitter aperitivo, and orange liqueur in a crisp Prohibition-era classic that still feels completely current.
