Not only do you get to build a dungeon for your opponent but you get to traverse theirs as well. Collect loot, fight monsters, avoid traps and make it out of their dungeon to win. This game has a huge amount of replay value and is very accessible to gamers and non gamers alike.

The house elves have been hard at work perfecting the recipes for Harry Potter Trivia but we think they’ve copied them perfectly! We’ll be serving housemade Butter Beer and Fishy Green Ale (both non-alcoholic) at trivia this Friday so join us at 7pm with Geeks Who Drink for a truly magical trivia night 🪄

We had a lot of success with our date night on Valentine’s day so we’re bringing back our 2 Player Date night! This time the game we’re pairing is Lairs by . A staff member will be available to give you a rundown of the game and then you can either play it in house or take it home with you.

Lairs is one of the best 2 player experiences we’ve seen in awhile - imagine playing battleship but instead of hitting ships, you’re traversing a dungeon that your partner built. Start by building your very own dungeon and the other player will move through the grid while encountering treasure, traps and monsters they must fight. Lairs has an insane amount of replayability and does a wonderful job of building closeness as you experience the dungeons your partner builds for you.

This Saturday we have a fantastic new game opportunity that we want you guys to help by play testing.
Dice Versa’s very own Mike has been working on his own TCG for a few years now titled Heroes of Trinity. He has finally printed his first set of demo copies and he’s ready to bring his unique world and mechanics to life at our tables.
We have enough copies to support 12 players at a time and anyone who helps demo the game will get a coupon for a free board game pass next time they come in. The demos are free to play and would help give valuable insight to a brand new game creator so come see us this Saturday and be apart of bringing Heroes of Trinity to life ⚔️

April is chock full of events so get your calendars out! We’ve got some of our monthly events as well as some returning ones such as Dungeons and Doobies, themed trivia and MTG. We’re also doing another version of our 2 Player Date night that was a big success on Valentine’s Day - we are still working on the menu but we can say that Lairs will be the game that is paired with your meal that night.

This game of the month is fresh off of kickstarter and comes in the form of a tableau building auction game, this is Propagation Station by

In Propagation Station you and your opponents are building the best collection of house plants you can to score the most points. Each round consists of adding growth to your plants, clipping those tokens for currency and also keeping pests off of your babies.

Each round will also consist of an auction which is where you acquire more plants and also equipment to upgrade your station. Players bid on the cards in the center of the table and the winner gets the card they bid on. Be careful not to over bid though, if someone is bidding on the same card as you and you win; you must give them everything you used to bid with.

This game truly takes 5 minutes to read the rules and understand the game but has a deep strategic component that will suck you in and bring out your competitive nature.

We had so much fun at Dungeons and Drag Queens last night and a big thank you to for traveling to Rochester to host it as well as our entertainers/players: James Divine Kyla Minx and Willa DeWhisp
We plan to have this event again in a few months so keep your eyes peeled for another insane drag adventure in the summer 😄

The weather might be pretty dreary but we’ve got summer on the brain as we introduce this Sunday’s brunch special: our very own Campfire French Toast. It’s been labeled as very decadent already but we’ve got French toast filled with marshmallow spread and Nutella, topped with graham cracker crumbs, chocolate sauce and toasted marshmallows.
If you’re looking to pair this with a summer game then look no further than one of our favorites: Fire Tower. Play as forest rangers who are actually encouraging the spread of fire and be the last one standing as you send a swath of flames into your opponents towers 🔥😈

Good afternoon goths, nerds and gothic nerds. Tomorrow is Pi Day and in celebration our oven has been busy whipping up some pies for your tasting pleasure. This weekend we’ll be offering fresh pie as our special and our flavors will be Apple, Pecan and Wild Berry.
