Only 25 lbs away from reaching my goal . 3 1/2 years ago I struggled to walk up 2 flights of stairs at the EOS gym .I had to hold on to the rails and took my time getting to the 2nd floor .I am determined to reach my goal , however more Importantly I wan to be STRONG . I can now go up and down these stairs without holding hand rail and I'm pretty fast at it too 😆. New goal : being able to hop on one foot .
