Ben juiced fresh apples and made his own apple liqueur using a rapid infusion process with apples and Soju. We added some tartness with acids and lemon, and included some simple syrup to balance it all out. 🍏

Happy Birthday Griffin!

Griffin joined us last summer with an open “I’ll do whatever you need” attitude. He quickly became a master as our expo. He manages the process of getting the food to the tables and is the liaison between our cooks and our servers. You may see him in the restaurant running food too. We are grateful for him every day!

He developed the Bell & Bloom 🫑 his cocktail uses tequila, green pepper juice, elderflower liqueur, and (of course) Cointreau for that signature margarita touch! And it is topped with a housemade elderflower jelly candy. We’d love for the judges to sip on this one!
