We are excited to share some new additions to the Shorebreak menu! Bringing fresh, seasonal flavors to the Rehoboth Beach restaurant scene 🍽️

Maryland Crab Cake (half or entrée)
Local sweet corn, tomatoes, edamame, cream, spices,
old bay remoulade, GF

Burrata Salad
Heirloom tomatoes, arugula, pickled red onions,
pepita pesto, balsamic reduction, basil,

Scallop Crudo
Fresh sea scallop (raw), coconut milk, corn, lemongrass,

Rehoboth Restaurant with Gluten Free Options 🙌

Early on we decided that we would be ensuring safe gluten free dining for our guests. We have close friends with celiac and gluten intolerances and we knew it could be stressful going out to eat when you have allergies or dietary restrictions, which is the opposite of what you should feel! So at Shorebreak we take gluten free menu items seriously to make sure your experience is relaxing. Just let your server know of any restrictions, and we will accommodate you.

As beautiful as it is delicious! One of our new menu items: Scallop Crudo with fresh U10 Sea Scallops, sliced thin over a puree of coconut milk, sweet corn, basil, lemongrass, a little jalapeño. Topped with thinly sliced jalapeño, crisp watermelon radish, and finished with black sea salt and lime zest. This dish is such a vibrant bite and worth ordering. Come in and try it soon!

A taste of Delmarva summer 🦀 one of our ✨ new ✨ menu items for the season: Maryland Crab Cakes golden seared to perfection & packed full of Maryland crab meat. Served on top of local sweet corn, tomatoes, edamame, cream, spices, and an Old Bay remoulade. All of the flavors of summer in the Mid-Atlantic 🌞 This one is a must try when you’re craving the best crab cakes in Rehoboth Beach 🦀

Making the cocktails our followers suggest! This one comes from .r.j.u.n.a_k

Arjuna suggested we try making a strawberry rhubarb Negroni with an orange foam similar to one he had at 🍊 🍓

Ben rapid infused gin with fresh strawberries, and with rhubarb, he also muddled and strained the strawberry into the infused gin to give it a red color. He made orange foam with fresh orange juice and orange liqueur. This version the rhubarb got a little lost in the flavor of the Campari, but it was a solid cocktail, especially for a first attempt. This series is already proving to be a fun way for Ben to get creative as a mixologist! With a little more tweaking, this one may have to make it to the menu someday!

Less stress, more hummus. Our house-made hummus is topped with EVOO and pepita pesto and served with pickled red onion, crispy garbanzo beans, and toasted naan. The perfect pairing with a craft cocktail and laughs with friends!
