Join our bar program director David for a two-hour guided journey through the history of the cocktail. You’ll taste your way through four distinct eras of cocktail-making, with a signature drink featured for each — one to sip, savor, and learn the story behind. After you’ve picked up the fundamentals, it’s your turn. Guests head behind the bar to mix at least two cocktails by hand, putting the techniques into practice. Click our profile link for more!
