One of the things we love most about The Lounge is watching young people turn their ideas into something meaningful!

Recently, a group of high school girls reached out to us with a dream they've been working on for over a year. They were looking for a space to bring their vision to life, and we couldn't be more excited to share that The Learning Nest now has a home at The Lounge! 🥹💚

These incredible young ladies are creating an opportunity for students to build academic confidence, develop study skills, explore new interests, and have fun along the way.

📚 The Learning Nest: Midweek Meetup & Academic Help
📅 Wednesdays | 5:00–6:00 PM
📍 The Lounge
✨ Study Skills — Building effective habits for school success
✨ Eagles Exploration — Fun projects, team challenges, and creative skills

Families interested in participating can scan the QR code on the flyer or click the link below to sign up! Please note that students must ALSO be registered for the 26/27 school year at The Lounge.

We're so proud of their initiative, leadership, and dedication to helping younger students succeed 🙌🏼🙌🏼

This week, G&T Industries surprised us with an incredibly generous $2,500 donation!!

Moments like this remind us just how many people in our community believe in what we’re building for our teens.

Every day, our doors open and students have a place to go, people to connect with, and a space that is completely free for them to enjoy. Gifts like this help make that possible.

To G&T Industries — thank you for seeing the value in our teens, believing in The Lounge, and choosing to be part of what’s happening here!!

THE LOUNGE IS GROWING!!

And so is our team.

What started as an idea has quickly become a space welcoming 50+ teens on an average day. Now we’re looking for passionate community members who want to help us build what comes next.

We’re looking for:

COMMITTEE MEMBERS — ready to share their time, talents, ideas & connections. This is an adult position, although we will be staffing a teen advisory board soon!

Programs & Volunteers • Fundraising & Events • Community Partnerships • Marketing & Outreach
