Some of the old gallo gang is coming together for farewell day party Sunday May 4th.
and want to say good bye to this place we all love so much by shaking some drinks and telling some old Gallo stories.

She came to our bar a few years back and slowly but surely has fallen in love with Mezcal and we have fallen in love with her.
She is curious and studious, and now runs Gallo’s bar program. She started our industry night a year ago, and continues to work on super special seasonal menus. She is working in some special things for our 10th year anniversary party next

2025 makes ten years.

This journey started even further back than that with a simple dream of sharing our love of Mezcal with our community.
As creatives, we jumped in with optimism and pushed forward with bravery and grit. During the past decade, we have have traveled, we have learned, we have represented our city and amassed a congregation, but most importantly, we have witnessed this city fall in love with Mezcal over and over again.

What an honor it has been to carry this humble dream for so long.

We are so grateful for all the love and support, and we hope you will join us March 15th in your best silver/plata attire to celebrate our Silver Anniversary.

Saturday March 15th
7pm until midnight with a $10 menu in honor of 10 years serving you. A piñata, a cake, and a whole lotta dancing will be part of the celebration.
