⚾️☀️ The Ratskeller crew touched grass this weekend.

Trading cocktail shakers for baseball seats at a Doggy Paddlers game for a little fun in the sun.

And honestly? It says a lot about a team when they choose to hang out together after spending time behind the bar.

We’re incredibly lucky to have this fun, talented, hardworking crew. Huge shoutout to Mike, their wunder-boss and cocktail wizard, for helping to lead this Rat-pack.

The cocktails may be slaying, but it’s the people behind the bar that make The Ratskeller special.

This month, it’s two cocktails with wildly different vibes: one sweet and sunny, the other bold and a little chaotic.

🍯 Honey, I'm Home!
A smooth and sunny combination of Plymouth Gin, peach liqueur, honey ginger syrup, and fresh lemon. Sweet, bright, and comforting. Like getting a text back immediately. It's giving "nein, I don't want drama."

🍋 The Bitter End
A cocktail for the adventurous. Malört meets Stiegl Grapefruit Radler, lemon, and simple syrup in a drink that's refreshing, slightly rebellious, and surprisingly crushable. A little bitter, a little chaotic, and honestly? Very slay. Consider it the "Schaden-freude" of cocktails.

Think "Brat Summer" vs. "I answer emails for fun." Pick your favorite, or embrace both personalities.
