Maybe a lil late to the party with this but we are tickled to be on the cover of November’s and featured with our best pals and cocktail whizzes and . That’s the Makahiki on the cover - available weekly - and featuring .rum Barbados 5 year, house spiced with anise, vanilla, cinnamon and cloves; limoncello, all of the seasonal (ok, almost) citrus, guava, banana, pineapple, bitters, and a healthy dash of absinthe. See you next Tuesday and beyond.

Estamos muy extático about our collaboration with in 3 weeks. Spanish style tiki drinks featuring some real nice sherry, vermut and brandy de Jerez. Did we mention a reggaeton soundtrack too?! 🕺🏽

Revisiting a few of our favorite cocktail illustrations today in honor and memory of BostonmixDrink. Art, curiosity, experimentation, and sustainability are central to what we do at Eight Seas, and Tenzin brought a tireless flair and humble creativity to these and many other aspects of cocktails and hospitality. Tenzin, thank you for your innumerable contributions, and all our best to your family, friends and colleagues in this difficult time.
