Founded in 2001, Providence Tango is dedicated to promoting social Argentine Tango in the Providence area and in New England. In addition to ongoing weekly classes, practice sessions, and social dances, Additionally, PT regularly invites some of the top tango teachers from around the world for workshops and special events. Providence Tango is now a community run organization, completely organized

around the goal to provide quality Argentine Tango instruction and events. In the past Providence Tango has boasted being run by instructors who were the 2016 USA Tango Champions. Additionally, PT regularly invites some of the top tango teachers from around the world for workshops and special events.

Please take the survey (link above) and tell Sue Davis if she should have a milonga or practica with or without a lesson for her next Towers event- January 11

For our first event in 2026, I am considering a lesson followed by Practica instead of a Milonga. The Lesson would be for "rusty" tango dancers, but nice for any level, taught by myself- Sue Davis. Please vote for your preference!
