Entertainment includes live bands representing a wide variety of musical genres, as well as other performing art such as comedy and spoken word performers. A “birdseye” in musical notation, or a “fermata” by its formal name, is an indication to a performer that a note can be prolonged, paused or sustained for a longer time than the indicted time value. As it were, this serves as a perfect metaphor for what we wish our patrons to do while at Birdseye Lounge.
