For Maine Maple Sunday Weekend, we’re taking a moment to celebrate a few menu staples that showcase one of the state’s most enduring flavors.

We source our maple from Strawberry Hill Farm in Skowhegan, bringing depth and warmth to a handful of dishes across the menu: from the glaze that finishes our Maitake Mushrooms, to a Vanilla Maple Cake with vanilla seed maple whip, to a quietly decadent Pot de Crème.

Come enjoy maple with us, this weekend and every weekend. 🤍
