On Monday, June 1st, from 3–4 pm, we’re hosting an industry-only discussion & spirit tasting on the art of botanical flavoring: how to build complexity in gins, amari, and aquavit, from a single-ingredient infusion to a multi-botanical blend. This is the “Everything But” Cocktail from the Savoy, an exceptionally pleasant sour with Gin, Scotch, Apricot, Lemon and Orange, and Egg white, with a zippy Peychauds stripe.
