It’s been a treat having our Too Soon regulars and Portland Cocktail Week goers in the same room over the last couple of days.

We’re running it back for one more popup amongst the MANY happening tonight.

It’s Saturday and yall, today might be the last cool 70ish degree night for a bit.

Alex and Nick are behind the bar. Connor and Jaggar serving table-side(we do table service, have seat wherever you like) and don’t forget about 12:45am cookies 🤫

I(Seth) made extra Jell-O shots to get us through the weekend so come put us in the Jell-O weeds!

Hey everyone! This Saturday (tomorrow 8/23) we are hosting our friends Lalo & Kautia of .rest in the kitchen.

Metlapil is a concept centered around Mariscos and Maiz. What does that mean? They are highlighting the fresh seafood the PNW has to offer with masa they hand grind on a metate.

We will also be pairing some fun shots with their house made Helados (ice cream & sorbet) to pair with this 100 degree weather…

Come hang out with us tomorrow (Saturday) and crush some tasty seafood.
