FOUR WH***EYS, THREE COURSES, AND A BOTTLE TO ADD TO YOUR COLLECTION.

We’re bringing Blake Riber, founder and owner of Seelbach’s, to Julep Palm Valley on Saturday, October 17th for a wh***ey dinner with some seriously special bottles from the Seelbach’s lineup.

We’ll get you started with a welcome cocktail featuring Seelbach’s Wheated Bourbon, then Blake will walk us through four pours:
🥃 Toasted French Oak & Maple
🥃 10 Year Cask Strength
🥃 12 Year Double Oak
🥃 17 Year Bourbon

Between pours, we’ll share a three-course, family-style dinner from V Pizza, hear the stories behind the bottles, and get to ask questions of the person who knows them best.

And because we couldn’t send you home empty-handed…

Every ticket includes a bottle of Seelbach’s Beekeeper to take home. Something to remember the evening by. Or open the next evening. Your call.

🎃 TRUNK OR TREAT IS BACK AT V PIZZA! 👻

Four locations. Candy by the trunkful. And one SPOOKY Sunday Funday.

Join us Sunday, October 25th at Mandarin, Fleming Island, Palm Valley or St. Augustine for Trunk or Treat, costumes, pumpkins, games and a full-on Halloween party.

The trunks pop open at 2 PM! Trunk or Treat is completely FREE and runs from 2–4 PM. Costumes are required to hit the trunks, so dress up, grab your candy bucket and Trick-or-Treat with us!

But the candy is just the opening act.

We’ll have pumpkin decorating, face painting, Halloween games, and more. Activity tickets will be available for a donation, with 100% of proceeds benefiting V for Victory to support local families battling cancer.

The trunks close at 4 PM, but the party keeps creeping on ’til 7 PM with Halloween music, spooky cocktails, pizza, wings and plenty of reasons to stick around.

Your new hobby starts THIS WEEKEND. 🍸

The Julep Cocktail Experience is back, and there’s still time to grab your seat.

Join Julep bartender and resident cocktail professor John Moore for a hands-on cocktail class where you’ll build three cocktails yourself while learning the formulas, techniques, and history behind some of the most iconic drinks in the world.

We’ll work through three chapters:
🍹 The Revolving Punchbowl: Start with the same punch base, choose your spirit, and see just how much one ingredient can change the entire drink.
🍋 The Golden Ratio: Learn the formula behind classics like the Margarita, Gimlet, Bee’s Knees, and Wh***ey Sour.
🥃 The Elevated Spirit: Finish with the techniques behind spirit-forward classics like the Old Fashioned, Manhattan, and Martini.

Choose your spirit. Build your cocktails. Learn why the recipes actually work. Plus, we’ll have small bites along the way.

YOUR NEXT MAHJONG NIGHT IS AT JULEP.

We’re teaming up with 904 Mahj to bring Mahjong to V Pizza + Julep Palm Valley, one Monday each month!

Grab your Mahjong crew or come ready to meet some new players, then join us upstairs for an evening of Mahjong, cocktails, food, and a little friendly competition.

A quick note before you grab your ticket: This is Open Play, not a lesson. Players should already know the basics of American Mahjong and be ready to play independently.

MAHJONG MONDAYS OPEN PLAY

October 19 | 5:30–8PM
November 16 | 5:30–8PM
December 7 | 5:30–8PM

Tickets are $20 per player and include:

• A seat at Open Play hosted by 904 Mahj
• Use of mats, tiles, and everything you need to play
• A Mahjong charm
• Entry into the raffle, plus bonus tickets when you Mahjong
• Experienced players nearby if a quick question comes up during play

Arrive at 5:30PM to grab your first round during Happy Hour, order some food, and mingle before play begins at 6PM.

We’ll have a server upstairs, so cocktails, another round, and food from V Pizza are all fair game while you play.
