Back on our spring/summer menu this year’s pickled cherry martini showcases house pickled  cherry brine, Dolin blanc vermouth, and Manzanilla Gabriela-the flagship wine of Bodegas Sanchez Ayala .  Named after 19th century singer/dancer Gabriela Ortega Féria , Gabriela brings together notes of Mediterranean herbs , almonds, and subtle salinity.
