After a long hiatus we're returning with an all new tasting room & cocktail lounge experience. Step into The Baldwin, a place where time and place slips away. Where reality and fiction start to blur. Hidden in a 250 year old barn in the Hudson Valley, step inside and leave the modern world behind. Cocktails crafted with New York made spirits, tasting flights and small bites. The door is there, if you know where to look.

1.5oz espresso
1 barspoon salted caramel sauce
