Arizona founded. Phoenix representing! After working in radio for 10 years and DJing for various nights around the valley, our founder MJ started promoting events at Incognito in 2009 (Lip Gloss Fridays) in hopes to find a club in Arizona that actually played more than just pop music (in the early 00’s there was NO HIP HOP or LATIN MUSIC) being play at the LGBT clubs.
Her goal was to target a Women 4 Women crowd that was fun, positive, sexy, and unique. She then went on to partner with another organization after her return from working at Sirius Radio in New York and MJ and her team created Glow Thursdays at Cloud N9ne, from there, Fantasy Fridays (2013) at Aqua Nightclub and Venus Girl Party @ Boycott.
