Leftover Turkeyday Dinner Cone

I proudly present my "Leftover Turkeyday Dinner Cone" Served inside of a homemade Sage waffle cone filled with turkey, sauteed collard greens and kale, sweet potato and mash, also includes sausage sage stuffing with the hint of homemade orange cranberry sauce!

I had a craving for one of my favorite carnival snacks, a deep fried candy bars! (Milky way/ Three Musketeers ) , but then my little sister wanted me to make her favorite red velvet cake. We compromised, because I was too tired to make both. This is my attempt to make a combination of both of my favorite deep fried candy bars, and her favorite red velvet cake. All I had to do was create a red velvet corn mill batter, then freeze some (Milky way and Three Musketeer) candy bars. Sweet and crispy red velvet cake taste outside and warm gooey chocolate, caramel and nougat on the inside. . and last but not least, topped off with powder sugar taking these flavors to a new level!

This delicious work of art definitely satisfied my taste buds. the goal was to create a winter treat with summer influences. mission complete.

Gather around foodies, On this beautiful fine morning, I had a vision. I was inspired by the favor Gods to create something for the people. I believe with my guidance and proper preparation you can, like me, try to make this yourself. What I did here was take some expresso mixed it in some brownie batter, threw the mixture in a waffle maker then scooped some sweet butter pecan ice cream and squeezed in between the warm brownie waffles. Then leveled up the favor with some chocolate sauce drizzled on top. Yes, I think we made some magic here. Here lies my newest creation... I present to you, The Drunken Peach cupcake. Yes, there's fruit and alcohol inside! Inspired by a friend that needed a combination of alcoholic cupcakes, fresh fruits and a creative mind. Now, I'll be honest here, I'm not the best baker, but I do my best to bake. Practice, practice, practice is all I can say. This will help build your confidence as it did mine. The plan was simple. First, I got some fresh peaches, cooked them down with brown sugar and whiskey. This will be my filing for the cupcakes. The next step was creating the peach nectar icing. After baking the cupcakes, they rested and cooled down with the icing and the peach filing. Once these flavory components were mastered, they were ready to meet each other. The Drunken Peach cupcake was born here. Patience was key. I got out my comfort zone and it paid off!
