This National Bourbon Day, we’re raising a glass to .

Crafted by our sister distillery in Evanston, Illinois, FEW Bourbon brings together Southern tradition with the bold spice of northern rye and a touch of malt for balance and smoothness. Not all absinthe cocktails demand a seasoned palate.

Momisette, French for “Little Mummy", is a classic built around the louche effect, the signature clouding that appears when absinthe meets water. Here, that soft, milky texture is deepened with almond orgeat, bringing warmth and subtle sweetness to the glass.
