So last night, we blocked off one entrance at Sky to help control the flow of traffic and parking. We’re the only business open at that time and had permission from our landlord to do this prior. One of the neighboring tenants pulled up to the barricade, cussed my security out, and started yelling that we can’t block the parking lot. Like he was extremely upset and rude. My security team moved the gate within seconds of him pulling up..mind you, we had already been closed for 30 minutes and were just sweeping the lot.

Next thing you know, he calls the police, and six squad cars pull up… all because he had to wait a few seconds for the barricade to be moved.

This is exactly why we don’t keep Sky Ho**ah Lounge open, this neighborhood first weapon is calling the police, even when there’s zero crime or laws broken. When you call the police, you’re calling a gun to the scene.

The business owner who unnecessarily called the police for a personal inconvenience is Amigos BBQ Grill.
