We inventoried the auction items we have received. Made notes on the items we have been told about.. y'all have really been generous! This is looking to be a very successful auction. If we have not received your donation, please reach out and make sure we have arrangements in place ASAP

Updated Information:

Norman and I will be at the bar about 7AM. The bar WILL NOT be open to the public until a little before registration begins. If you need to come by early to drop off anything, just knock.

Poker run registration is at 8:30, kickstands up by 10AM and return at 2 pm. All vehicle types welcome.

BBQ plates will be $10, start serving at noon. If you have a large order for pickup or limited delivery, please let Autumn Hudman know ASAP.

Auction will begin at 3PM. We have a live auction with a professional auctioneer and a silent auction as well.

Information on the pool/dart tournament is still pending as the original hosts are going out of town and working unexpectedly. We are trying to finalize substitutions and will update ASAP .

Co****le tournament is cancelled, the costs were just too high

Singo will be at 6pm. Please share the news, it's a perfect time to bring a friend or newbie!

WildWest Entertainment will be providing music throughout the day, and DJ/karaoke to follow after Singo.

We will have outdoor seating available and you will be able to take your adult beverage to this area. Please note any beverage CANNOT be outside the enclosed area for any reason. Please do not bring your own cups/glass. We will also have extra port a potties on hand that day.

We will have a 50/50 going throughout the day and will introduce you to the two beautiful ladies handling it.

Please note the event is 21+ only unfortunately. We wish we could include the younger folks but they would have to remain outside and there will be heavy traffic in the parking lot, so it's a safety issue.

Bake sale items: please let Stacy Grummer Adams know what/how many items you are bringing so she can do her prep work in advance.

Hey folks, if you have auction items but can't get them to us tomorrow please let us know so we can try to arrange pickup. We have to tag, sort, list everything. There's a lot of behind the scenes work that goes into the auction. I know many have full plates right now, so we will help best we can. Thanks!

Good morning folks, I know it's a crazy time with the storm, so if you have auction items and can't deliver them...let me know and we can arrange pickup. Also, we need individual bags of chips for those asking what else we need other than meat. I'll update as we go.

Hey folks, I know I'm missing posts but I just wanted to say the outreach today alone to me for donations for the auction, meat, money to support the costs of doing this, the ideas people are coming up with and bringing to life are incredible. Autumn and Lori have been getting things left and right as well, it's incredible. I've been involved with a bunch of benefits and so have the other two co hosts, Autumn and Lori (I literally spell your name different every time 😂😬😘), as well as the cook team- Carribean Cookers- and this one is utterly impressive. People are really opening up their hearts and I can't wait to see this all come together. So many individuals, companies and other cook teams are owed many thanks. We will do our best to make sure you're thanked properly. If I have not responded to anything please reach out again- it's not intentional, just lots of stuff at once and FB has a mind of it's own as always lol. We will be posting a timeline for events on the 4th soon also.

Hey folks just an update we really appreciate everyone joining together we've gotten some fantastic donations and some fantastic meat donations as well in the past couple of days if you have an auction item that you're donating please be sure to get with me, Autumn Hudman or Lori Adams "Nubbs". We would like to have the big auction items turned in by the 27th if possible, and if you'd like to donate something small, baked goods or anything like that for the silent auction just let us know so we know how much space we need to set up for since those items can't be delivered as early. If there's any questions you're more than welcome to PM me on my personal page and I'll get back to you ASAP messenger does not seem to be working through the benefit event on here.

If you'd like to donate baked goods, home made salsa, jam etc please let us know! They'll be perfect for the auction. Also any other items for the auction, please have turned in by January 27th.
