Well... yesterday felt more like monsoon season than golf and pool season. Boo!

So we're crossing our fingers that Mother Nature gives us a little sunshine today because it's time for refreshing drinks and Tacos on Tuesday at Paris Country Club!

🌮 Fried or Grilled Grouper Tacos

Tender, flaky grouper tucked into warm tortillas and topped with our house-made jalapeño slaw and cilantro lime crema. Served with chips and salsa.

Summer is officially here and we couldn't be more excited for a MONDAY!

First, we're thrilled to introduce our brand-new Summer Menu featuring fresh flavors, seasonal favorites, and new weekly specials designed to give you even more reasons to join us at the Club.

We're also excited to announce that the kitchen will now open at 11:00 AM on Mondays, making it easier than ever to grab lunch after your morning round, enjoy a light bite poolside or meet friends for a relaxing meal.

And don't forget—the pool is officially open for the season! Whether you're spending the day swimming, relaxing poolside, or enjoying lunch with family and friends, we're looking forward to seeing you this summer.

Today's Special: Prime Rib French Dip
Tender shaved prime rib and melted cheese piled onto a toasted baguette and served with rich au jus and your choice of side.

As always, our full menu is available throughout the day.

We've been busy in the kitchen creating fresh flavors, seasonal favorites, and exciting new SUMMER specials that we can't wait to share with you!

Whether you're stopping in after your round, enjoying a light bite poolside, meeting friends for lunch, or bringing the family out for dinner, we've got something delicious waiting for you every single day of the week.

Here's what's coming up this week:

🍽 Monday
Prime Rib French Dip
Tender shaved prime rib and melted Swiss cheese on a toasted baguette, served with au jus, house horseradish and your choice of side.

Don't forget the Monday Night Scramble at 5:30. We've had a record turn out for this brand new event, so sign up in the Pro Shop before 5:15 pm or give us a call and we'll add you to the list: 731.642.0591!

🌮 Tuesday
Fried or Grilled Fish Tacos
Our tender, flaky grouper is nestled into warm tortilla shells and topped with house-made jalapeño slaw and cilantro lime crema. Served with chips and salsa.

🫓 Wednesday
Mediterranean Flatbread
Our fluffy flatbread is topped with whipped feta, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, olives, and your choice of grilled chicken or shrimp.

🍔 Thursday Lunch
Bourbon BBQ Bacon Burger
Our half pound sirloin burger is topped with melty American cheese, smoked pulled pork, bacon, and our signature bourbon BBQ sauce. Served with your choice of side.

The course will close at 3 pm for Men's League.

🍑 Thursday Dinner - available after 5 pm
Grilled Pork Chop Dinner
Our thick and tender grilled pork chop is finished with peach bourbon glaze and served with mashed potatoes, crack green beans, and a dinner roll.

🥗 Friday
Citrus Salmon Salad
Our fresh spring mix is topped with grilled salmon, oranges, grapefruit, avocado, cucumber, feta, toasted pecans, and our house citrus dressing.

The course will close at 8 am for Kiwanis Tournament.

The Calcutta auction will be held at 6 pm, so come out and join in on the fun!

🥙 Saturday
Cobb Pasta Salad Bowl
A hearty entrée-sized pasta salad loaded with grilled chicken and all the flavors of a classic Cobb salad.

The course will close at 11 am for the Club Calcutta.

🍗 Sunday
Chicken Fried Chicken Dinner
Served with mashed potatoes, black pepper gravy, green beans, and a warm dinner roll.

Tonight is the first-ever Monday Night Scramble at Paris Country Club, and we’d love to see a great crowd come out and help us get this new weekly tradition started.

Tee off is at 5:30 sharp, so please sign up before 5:15 so we can get teams set.

Let’s start a new Monday night tradition at Paris Country Club!

Join us every Monday at 5:30 PM for our Monday Night Scramble. This weekly 4-man scramble is open to all golfers, with teams balanced by player ability to keep it fair, random, and fun.
$10 entry fee with winners paid out at the bar after play.

The kitchen will be open on Mondays, so come play, hang out, grab some food, and help us build a great new weekly tradition.
