We have a VERY good week coming up at Paris Country Club!

Here’s what’s on the menu:

AVAILABLE ALL WEEK

Summer Citrus Chicken Salad – $14
Seasoned grilled chicken over mixed greens with fresh strawberries, mandarin oranges, blueberries, candied pecans, feta cheese, and red onion, served with our house-made Raspberry Vinaigrette.

Smoked Cuban – $14
Smoked pulled pork layered with sliced ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and Dijon mustard on country white bread, buttered and grilled until golden and crispy. Served with your choice of side.

Cheeseburger in Paradise Pizza – $14
Crispy cauliflower crust topped with house burger sauce, seasoned ground beef, mozzarella, cheddar-jack, bacon, pickles, and red onion, then finished with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and another drizzle of burger sauce.

THURSDAY MEN’S NIGHT

Bacon-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin with Bourbon Dijon Cream – $20
Herb-seasoned pork tenderloin wrapped in applewood-smoked bacon, roasted until tender, sliced into medallions, and finished with our rich Bourbon Dijon cream sauce. Served over roasted garlic mashed potatoes with maple-butter glazed carrots and a warm dinner roll.

FRIDAY NIGHT DINNER

Chicken Piccata over Parmesan Risotto – $20
Golden pan-seared chicken finished in a bright lemon-butter white wine sauce with capers, served over creamy Parmesan risotto with garlic roasted asparagus, a side salad, and warm dinner roll.

Friday night deserves something a little fancy.

Tonight we’re serving Shrimp & Smoked Gouda Grits – $22.

We start with eight jumbo shrimp, generously seasoned and blackened until perfectly cooked.

They’re served over rich, creamy grits loaded with smoked Gouda, then finished with our house-made Cajun cream sauce.

And because that apparently wasn’t enough...

We add crispy applewood-smoked bacon and fresh green onions.

Blackened shrimp.

Smoky Gouda.

Velvety Cajun cream sauce.

Crispy bacon.

Tonight’s forecast:

A 100% chance of mashed potatoes and gravy.

Tonight we’re serving Hamburger Steak with Onion Gravy – $17.

We season and hand-form our hamburger steaks, brown them on the flat top, then finish them in a rich house-made gravy loaded with slow-cooked golden onions.

And we’re not stopping there.

You’ll get creamy garlic mashed potatoes, seasoned green beans, and a warm dinner roll alongside it.

And yes...

A little extra onion gravy belongs on those mashed potatoes.

This is classic comfort food done RIGHT.

A Philly Cheesesteak walked into a quesadilla...

And we’re pretty happy about how things turned out.

Our Philly Cheesesteak Quesadilla – $14 is loaded with shaved steak sautéed with peppers, onions, and mushrooms.

Then we add provolone AND cheddar-jack, fold everything inside a flour tortilla, and grill it on the flat top until the outside is golden and crispy and the cheese inside is ridiculously melty.

Cut into four wedges and served hot with your choice of side.

It’s cheesy.

It’s crispy.

It’s loaded with steak.

And it’s available all week.

Do we really need to say anything else?

Probably not.

But we will.

Our Buffalo Chicken Pizza – $14 starts with a crispy cauliflower (ahem...gluten-free and keto-friendly!) crust layered with house ranch, mozzarella, Buffalo chicken, cheddar-jack, and red onion.

We bake it until the cheese is hot and bubbly and the crust is crisp, then finish it with a ranch drizzle and fresh green onions.

Cheesy. Creamy. Tangy. A little spicy.

Basically everything you want from Buffalo chicken...in pizza form.

We’re starting the week with a little SWEET HEAT.

And a whole lot of crispy chicken.

Our Fried Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich – $14 starts with a chicken breast that’s hand-breaded and fried until golden and crispy.

Straight from the fryer, we toss it in warm Mike’s Hot Honey Butter.

Then we pile on cool, creamy Southern slaw and tangy Wickles pickles and tuck it all inside a toasted brioche bun.

Crispy chicken.

Sweet heat.

Creamy slaw.

Tangy pickles.

This sandwich understood the assignment.

Seasoned grilled chicken sautéed with onions, peppers, and mushrooms, covered in melted provolone and piled onto a toasted hoagie. Served with your choice of side.

CHICKEN BRUSCHETTA PIZZA – $14
Our crispy cauliflower crust topped with roasted garlic olive oil, mozzarella, and grilled chicken, then finished AFTER baking with fresh tomato bruschetta, Parmesan, basil, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

STEAKHOUSE BALSAMIC SALAD – $14
Tender sliced steak over crisp romaine and mixed greens with roasted corn, avocado, tomatoes, pickled red onions, crumbled blue cheese, and crispy onion straws. Served with our house-made Balsamic Vinaigrette.
