☕🔥 Saturday morning. Done right.

A fresh cup of coffee. A premium cigar. A comfortable chair. And absolutely no reason to rush.

We believe some of the best cigar experiences happen when the day is just getting started—before the schedules, errands, and responsibilities take over.

That’s why weekend mornings are going to look a little different at Emerald Ember.

Come in. Pick your cigar. Grab some coffee. Find your chair. Stay awhile.

Our custom member lockers are officially finished and ready for installation at Emerald Ember Cigar Lounge.

A huge thank you to Newsham’s Woodshop Inc. for the craftsmanship and attention to detail that went into bringing these to life. These lockers will give our members their own dedicated space inside the lounge—and they turned out incredible.

Every finished piece gets us one step closer to opening the doors. 🔥

🔥 Slow down. Enjoy the cigar.

A premium cigar is meant to be enjoyed—not rushed.

Puffing too frequently can cause the cigar to burn hotter, potentially creating harsher flavors and affecting the way the blend was intended to develop.

Give the cigar some time between draws. Let it stay cool, pay attention to how the flavors evolve, and enjoy the experience.

Sometimes the best thing you can do for a good cigar is simply slow down.

💬 Are you a slow smoker, or do you occasionally catch yourself rushing a cigar?

🔥 A New Piece of Emerald Ember Is Taking Shape.

Our custom cigar rolling table is coming together, complete with the Emerald Ember mark.

This won’t just be another piece of furniture in the lounge. We envision it as a place where guests can experience the craftsmanship behind the leaf firsthand—from live rolling events to conversations with the people who keep this centuries-old tradition alive.

Every detail we’re choosing for Emerald Ember has a purpose, and we can’t wait to see this table put to work.

Tradition. Craft. Community.

🔥 The First Five Minutes

Don’t judge a cigar too quickly.

Those first few puffs don’t always tell the whole story. As the cigar settles into its burn, the to***co warms and the blend begins to open up. Flavors can become smoother, richer, and more complex as you move through the first third.

Give it time. Smoke slowly. Let the cigar tell you what it has to offer.

💬 Have you ever had a cigar completely change after the first few minutes?

Cigar Etiquette: To Ash or Not to Ash? 🔥

When enjoying a premium cigar, there’s no need to knock the ash off after every few puffs. A well-constructed cigar can often hold its ash for quite a while.

Let it build naturally. When it’s ready, give it a gentle tap into the ashtray—no aggressive flicking required.

How long do you let your ash go before tapping it off? 👇

Know what’s inside your cigar. 🌿🔥

Long filler vs. short filler refers to the to***co used at the heart of the cigar. Long-filler ci**rs use whole leaves running nearly the length of the cigar, while short-filler ci**rs use smaller pieces of to***co.

Neither tells the entire story of a cigar—but understanding the construction can help you better appreciate what you’re smoking.

At Emerald Ember Cigar Lounge, we believe the more you know about the leaf, the more you can appreciate the experience.
