Irasema Segoviano, We’re truly sorry to hear you had a negative experience and appreciate the opportunity to address this publicly. At Las Locas, we take pride in providing a safe, organized, and enjoyable environment for all our guests — and we take any allegation of misconduct seriously.
However, much of what’s described here is not accurate, and we have video evidence to support that. Our VIP policies are always communicated clearly: all reservations are asked to arrive by 10:30 PM, and bottle selections are confirmed in advance. The product requested that evening (Jose Cuervo) is not one we carry, as it is not 100% agave. Our team explained that a comparable tequila was provided at a different price point.
For clarity, lights are turned on at 1:30 AM to announce last call, and security begins ushering guests out around 1:40 AM. During that time, a member of your group threw a beer at security—twice. When your group was outside, a fight broke out with unrelated guests, and our staff intervened to protect and separate individuals involved.
We understand how emotions can run high at the end of a night, but it’s important to share the full context. Our team followed procedure and acted to maintain safety for everyone. False accusations only hurt the hardworking people who strive every weekend to provide a positive experience.
We truly want every guest to enjoy their time at Las Locas, but respect and cooperation must go both ways.
