Born on the Eastern Shore and based in Ocean City, Maryland, The Chest Pains have been bringing high-energy live music to the beach since the early 1980s.

Led by founding member Byron Anthony, the band delivers a killer mix of ’80s New Wave, alternative, pop-punk, ’90s rock and beyond, covering favorites from The Cure, Billy Idol, INXS, Duran Duran, Tears for Fears, Depeche Mode, U2, The Cult, Blink-182, Lit, Bowling for Soup and more.

The Chest Pains have shared the stage with acts including The Ramones and have remained a fixture of the Ocean City music scene for decades.

Rob Benton is not your typical acoustic act. He’s a high-energy singer, guitarist, live looper and entertainer who blends rock, country and hip-hop into a huge one-man sound.

Benton is also guitarist for the Grammy-nominated, platinum-selling band Ta***ic and a member of the Key West Kings. Over his career, he’s performed alongside artists including Nelly, Lee Brice, Nate Smith, Everlast, Skid Row, New Kids on the Block and J. Geils Band.

Based between Boston and Key West, Benton has built his reputation with a one-man show that sounds much bigger than one guy with a guitar.
