From vibrant Etna Bianco alongside grilled octopus and Busiate al Pesto Trapanese, to the depth and savory complexity of Etna Rosso paired with swordfish caponata and braised lamb breast, each course is designed to highlight the harmony between Sicilian cuisine and the distinctive character of Etna wines.
