Happy holidays friends and family of Make Westing!

We just wanted to give everyone a heads-up that ownership is changing in the New Year. We, the original owners, had an amazing 12+ years (well, 8+ with covid), and we are forever grateful for your support. Our proudest accomplishment is the amazing community we built and providing jobs for our incredible, hard-working staff. Be it watching the Warriors in the finals, or serving as a space for nonprofits, or even the many first dates over bocce ball, it's been an honor to serve as the "front porch of Oakland."

New Year's Eve will be the last day of operations under the original ownership group and the new owners will take over in early 2024 to start the next chapter of Make Westing with a refreshed atmosphere, live music and new signature cocktails. So please stay tuned for the grand opening announcement. But for now and as always, we will have our annual free champagne toast at midnight New Year's Eve. We'd love to have you there to help us ring in the new year and Make Westing's next chapter!

Warriors start their repeat Saturday at 5:30pm against the Kings. Game and sound will be on both our 100 inch projection screen in the back and our large TV towards the front. Come watch Curry, Klay and the rest of our dynasty "upset" our friends to the East! Drink and food specials daily!

Starting this Sunday we will have weekly Sunday parties with special deals for everyone and even more special deals for industry folk!

Tasty adult beverages and mouthwatering bites (along with a couple of bocce courts) and outdoor seating next to the Fox and across the street for 19th street BART. Happy Hour from 5-7pm EVERYDAY.

Happy holidays everyone! Just a quick heads-up that we will be throwing a NYE party this Saturday and will be closed Sunday, New Year's day. We will reopen Monday, January 2nd and will be open seven days a week moving forward! We also have several exciting events planned for the coming month (more shortly), but come join us Saturday for a free champagne toast!!! 🥂

Hey everyone: just a heads up that we are open for Christmas Eve all night, but are closed Sunday for Christmas. We will also have our annual New Year's Eve Party with a free champagne toast. NYE is the only day of the year we ever charge for entry and it will be $5 from 8-10pm and $10 from 8pm-12am. Happy Holidays!
