This is my (foster) girl Tiny~ she has special needs. It’s likely that her brain did not fully develop in the womb (Cerebellar Hypoplasia), so she lacks coordination much of the time, therefore cannot do stairs or be around heights from which she may fall.
She stumbles and oftentimes is unable to get up on her own as her body locks up and becomes stiff. She also has spacial challenges that cause her to run into cabinets, tables or any other stationary items around.
It’s fortunate that I’m able to be with her nearly 24/7. I held this babe the day she was born and I’ve loved on her ever since.
She loves being with the ‘big kids’ and tries her best to always keep up (she’s super strong, smart in many ways, tenacious when determined, and a super snuggly love bug all wrapped up in a tiny little package~ at least compared to all the big dogs i’ve always had!).
She loves our daily leash walks and struts super confidently with the big kids (though after about 2 blocks I end up carrying her for the rest of the walk 😂).
Well~ I just came across this photo I took recently while we were caring for Gus (a recently adopted senior pittie ‘high priority’ dog at OAS that stays with us when his new parents are away).
Tiny loves Gus dearly and the 2 of them love exploring the wildness of the backyard together. I think this photo captures just how she feels when she’s got Gus by her side (Tough little Tiny Girl with her tough-guy backup Gus right behind her 😂).
They’re absolutely adorable together due to the size difference and how she seems to not realize her size when she plays with him.
In addition to having Gus to play with, her momma (Isabella/IzzyBelly/Izzy) is my foster fail #1 ☺️ (see pic of Izzy and her favorite bat toy look alike 🤣).
More recently, I’ve been domesticating these 2 darling sibling husky pups that have come into our lives after having basically spent the past 5 months on their own, being transferred from 1 incapable person to the next, until they ended up with me (after having brought them off the streets 3 times within a week’s time).
Due to all the signs that the Universe has been throwing in front of me, I’m finally starting an animal rescue and educational urban oasis (focused on the youth) in our community.
As the processing of a non-profit startup takes many months, I’m sending out a request now (for cash donations) to help get us set up.
If any of this story has pulled at your heart strings at all, will you please consider making a donation so that I can continue working towards my dream..?
The husky siblings are 9 months old and are not yet altered. I’m looking at approximately $500 to make that happen.
Are there 50 people out there that may appreciate what we’re doing here so much that they’d all donate 10 bucks??

Thanks for reading and considering ☺️🙏💕🐾
