About Last Night
Last night was one of the greatest shows that we have presented, the host was so on point Comedian Clyde Gordon***super funny*** , Lawd Lawd the Band was electric*** The Smooth Teddy Band*** , even the Open Mic performers brought their A game & but the one that stole the show the main attraction John Allen aka PHREY (pronounced Free) Good Lort ……..this young man killed Studio 504’s stage, he gave us a show!!! PHREY you don’t owe us nothing!! You definitely are going places, you sang and dance like we were at sold out arena, and we appreciated that!
We started Soul Centric 8 months ago!! We had 2 major goals in mind and heart give our local artist a platform to thrive and gain a local fan base/following ; and give local Miamians a place to go that is not plastic, commercial, outta town hype, that’s classy, fun, laid back, grown & sexy, and entertaining. Support the main stream artist you love but remember they started somewhere. They played on small stages like Soul Centric to become who they are today. Every Star has a home!!
We have had the opportunity to work with so many really talented local artists, musicians, comedians, that are definitely destined for greatness. I would like to thank every artist that has graced the Soul Centric Miami stage. there is a few more but I can’t remember (still tired) please tag them!!
A special thanks to Thierry Dejean for his greatness and his great venue Studio 504().
Another special thanks to the food vendors that feed us, most recently caterer “Your Savory Fare” last night Lawd lawd dem chicken and Red Velvet Waffles was dannngerously delicious. I want some more right now drizzled in cream cheese and pecan crunch and that tropical lobster salad (I have to stop here)! Food Junkies food truck!
The last special thanks to The Ultimate Single Girl: Blogger Robyn Jasmine hosted her launch party for “The Ultimate Single Girl” Women Empowerment and Social Club. Ladies we can all use an anchor to keep us in check and tuned into our self.
We love you Miami, make plans to catch the show every 3rd Saturday of the month.
