Location details: El Portal Theatre 5269 Weddington St. North Hollywood, CA 91601 Festival hours: TBA WORKSHOPS Throughout the festival we have some fantastic classes from: TBA TO REGISTER FOR WORKSHOPS: http://www.raqsla.com/workshops OPEN STAGE Throughout the festival we'll be running an Open Stage; an opportunity to show off your latest choreography in group or solo work. TO REGISTER FOR OPEN STAGE PERFORMANCE TIMES: http://www.raqsla.com/openstage AUDITIONS During the weekend's workshops and open stage performances, the Bellydance Superstars will be on the look out for exciting new talent. Auditions times TBA soon! Cabaret auditioners will be asked to learn a choreography that one of the Bellydance Superstars will teach. Tribal dancers will learn another choreography taught by a Tribal instructor. If a dancer is selected, they will be asked to do a 3-minute solo to a song of their choice (please bring your music in CD format). If you have a special ability, please be prepared to demonstrate it. Costumes help as they give a better impression. Also, please bring a resumé and recent photo of yourself.
