On Labor Day Sunday, Boston’s Rosa y Marigold joins us for a special guest chef dinner at the Airport Rooms at TOURISTS.
Over a decade ago, chef JuanMa Calderón + architect Maria Rondeau began inviting strangers into their home for intimate dinner parties. Today, they’re behind some of New England’s most celebrated Peruvian restaurants, including Celeste and La Royal in Cambridge and Esmeralda at their home in Vermont. Rosa y Marigold is their newest venture in Boston’s Back Bay.
For one night only, they’re bringing their generous spirit to TOURISTS with a very special five-course tasting menu for $85 per person.
You’ll hear from owners JuanMa and Maria alongside their friend, artist Daniela Riviera Daniela Rivera whose large-scale paintings fill the walls of Rosa y Marigold. Together, they’ll share stories about food, art, and the creative collaborations that connect them. The timing is perfect: Daniela’s new exhibition has just opened at MASS MoCA.
Two seatings: 5pm and 7:30pm. Larger groups can be accommodated upstairs in one of our upstairs private dining rooms or outside by the river. Vegetarian and vegan options available.
