As we step into 2026, let's take a look back at the top 4 dishes that stole the show in 2025.
Our signature starter took the top spot, no surprise there.

#1 Toro Uni Caviar - Spanish Bluefin Tuna, seasonal Uni, Ikura, and Ossetra caviar.

#2 Uni Pasta - fresh fusilli, squid ink butter, Uni foam, seasonal Uni.

#3 Chicken Yakitori - Chicken thigh skewers, ginger tare, shiso, ume plum, sansho pepper.

#4 Unagi Foie Don - Roasted Eel, Hudson valley Foie gras, seasoned Koshihikari rice, black truffle.

These fan favorites are here to stay, but we're excited to innovate and bring new dishes to the table in 2026.
