To kick off our Birthday Weekend, Borja del Cerro, Chef de Cuisine of Le Crocodile, is joining us on the 6th floor for a kitchen takeover.

A native of Santander, Spain, Borja started cooking when he was 18, and moved to New York four years later. He specialized in Spanish, French, North African, and Pakistani cuisine before finding his way to Wythe where he has been an integral part of our team for the last four years.

At Le Crocodile, Borja draws inspiration from French Brasseries as well as regional dishes from Coastal France—Normandy, Basque Country, and Aquitaine—using seasonal, local ingredients.

We’re excited for what he’s cooking up, and we hope to see you there!

Bon anniversaire à nous! To celebrate half a decade, we’re throwing a nonstop party.

Chef Borja Del Cerro of Le Crocodile and Chef Rey Lopez (reyylopez) of KOL are joining us for back-to-back kitchen takeovers, with Rey flying in all the way from London. There will be DJs spinning from Thursday till Sunday and plenty of surprises in store.

Thank you to everyone who came out to our Chef-in-Residence dinner and gave our visiting chefs Matthew Reade and Jack Coghlan such a warm Brooklyn welcome.

Some of our favorites of the night include the Guinea Fowl, Turnip, & Foie Gras; Maine Lobster, Courgette, & Marigold; Onion Galette with Sequatchie Cheese & Mustard Greens; and Potted Duck with Cherries.

We love cooking with friends and the magic that happens when our chefs collaborate with visitors. We can’t wait for the next one, and we hope to see you there!

The duo takes over the Bar Blondeau Kitchen on Sunday, July 5, and Monday, July 6 and you won’t want to miss this menu.

Matthew Reade (Matthew Reade) and Jack Coghlan (Jack Coghlan) take over the Bar Blondeau kitchen on July 5 & 6. The pair worked together under chef James Lowe at his groundbreaking restaurant Lyle’s in London. Reunited for the first time in years, they’ll pick up right where they left off. Expect a menu anchored by seasonal ingredients, serious craft, and honest cooking.

Wythe W**e Director and fellow alum, Gabriella Borg Costanzi (Gabriella Borg Costanzi), will assemble a bottle list that channels the rebel spirit of the w**e program at Lyle’s. Emphasis on well-made classics, carefully selected natural w**es, and off-menu surprises from the Le Crocodile Cellar that celebrate craft and quality over prestige labels and hype.

And! As if that wasn’t enough, a by-the-glass takeover by Terrestrial W**es (Terrestrial W**e Co.)

It’s going to be epic.
