If you are South African- you know what this is. We finally will have Droéwors at Kaia. Droéors is sort of like the American Slim Jim but not artificial and or crap: sorry not sorry :)) made with a traditional recipe of pork and beef with pork fat, South African spices air dried in lamb casings. We will have steady supplies as of next week- but we have a little today and tomorrow. Biltong ( full slabs are available for carry out ) and we sell sliced in house and off course our Chili Bites are fully in stock.
