Raised in the cold, clear waters of Northern Norway, this exceptional salmon is known for its rich flavor, buttery texture, and elevated omega-3s.

Our chefs have crafted a special dish featuring:
Poached Kvarøy Arctic Salmon with chili ponzu, seasonal vegetables, beurre blanc, salmon roe, and dill.
