As we increasing focus on making drinks better and faster, we’ve developed a deep appreciation for certain tools that help us achieve quality cocktails every time. (📷:)

One thing we love about the Daiquiri is that it’s a phenomenal way to explore the diverse world of rum. In our Pennington Daiquiri we use Rhum JM Blanc; an un-aged Agricole style Rhum from the island of Martinique. This yields a drink that simultaneously deeply refreshing and pleasantly complex.

Our passion for all things bubbly had led us to explore a variety of techniques to help make drinks as effervescent as possible, making them even more delicious thanks to carbonation’s impact on aroma and flavor. This ensures even our vodka sodas are made perfectly.
