Had the honor of bartending for a beautiful private event surrounded by family, friends, and the spirit of Gascony. Nights like these remind me why I love what I do — great people, great energy, and Armagnac flowing the way it should.

I’m incredibly lucky to have spent the last 5 years working with the Baylac family — their trust, kindness, and dedication to the craft make every moment at the domaine feel like home. 🙏💛
