India House’s signature Blue Bar is the premier watering hole in Hanover Square. The large neoclassical windows allow for a perfect mix of people watching, gorgeous park views of the British Garden and the East River. We’re not sure if it’s the lush décor, experienced bartenders or our signature crafted cocktails that keeps our guests coming back every night. The Blue Bar’s resident mixologist Mim

i Burnham has created a crafted cocktail menu that lives up to the regal qualities of India House’s signature lounge. Using the Farm to Bar concept when creating her cocktails, she appeals to modern tastes by incorporating fresh ingredients into her pre-Prohibition style cocktails. Her philosophy that all cocktails should be served with elegance, style and zero pretension is highly influenced by the “Professor” Jerry Thomas (1830-1855), author of “The Bon-Vivants Companion” cocktail book. Come try one of our new signature cocktails after work and be transported to an era long gone. The Blue Bar is open to the public Monday- Friday in the evenings after 4pm and available for private events in the daytime and on weekends.
