Tagliatelle Al Ricci: Our signature sea urchin pasta served in the shell. Consists of a fresh sea urchin, cream, and dijon mustard sauce served on a bed of tagliatelle noodles. Topped with shredded cucumbers, and seasoned with lemon juice and calabrian chile oil. Finished with a dollop of American Paddlefish Caviar.
